Draft a plan as to how the local people can look after stray and wounded animals in the neighborhood

Teasing stray animals are really a bad practice as they also feel bad and feel it painful as we people feel.So,we should contribute to stop this practice and showing concern to these stray animals.We should give food to them and put one bowl of milk or water outside the house so that they can have a meal.And we should not pat them but can play with them by throwing a stick and those animals will bring them back game.And most important never throw stones on them.These were my views.
