Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper i want to draw your kind attention on the issue of non-adult driving which proved to be fatal for mostly everyone.
Sir as we all know now a days childrens are becoming modern.They started learning driving before adult age which results in accidents or sometimes death. They were not properly trained and they started driving before 18 age which is not at all good. This driving may cause serious accidents even too sometimes they have to pay fine also to police as they don't have licence and they were driving.
I hope strict actions will for these peoples so that driving before adult age should be stopped.Hope the concerned authority will take the necessary actions as soon as possible
