\angle AOB=65\ degree and \angle AOB=\angle XOY

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Using a protractor draw \angle AOB=65\ degree.Construct \angle XOY equal to \angle AOB with the help of ruler and compass.

Following steps:

  • Draw a ray OB using scale.
  • From point O draw an angle 65\ degree using protector like \angle AOB=65\ degree.
  • O as center draw an arc on OA\ and\ OB  which cuts ray  at D\ and\ E
  • Now, draw a ray OY from point O
  • Take arc measure of DE and O as a center draw same arc using compass which cuts ray OY at P
  • Take DE measure using compass and cuts point Q like DE=PQ.
  • Join PQ and extend it like OX
  • So, \angle AOB=\angle XOY

Now, \angle AOB=65\ degree and \angle AOB=\angle XOY
