1. Draw a circle of radius 4 cm with centre O.

2. Make a point P 7 cm away from centre. So that , OP=7 cm

3. By making bisector find the mid point of OP. Name it as Q

4. Taking OQ as radius , draw another circle.

5. Now,name the points of smaller circle touching larger circle as X and Y

6. Now, join PX and PY .

7. PX and PY are the tangents required.
