To Find : Draw a tangent to this circle making an angle of 30° with a line passing through the centre.

Solution:

Step 1 : Mark a point O

Step 2 : Using compass width = 5.5cm and taking O as center draw a circle

Step 3  : Draw a ray  OX

Step 4 : Draw an angle of 60° at O on OX using protector such that angle intersect circle at A

Step 5 : Draw a right angle at A on OA using setsquare/protractor , intersecting ray OX at B

AB is the tangent to this circle making an angle of 30° with a line passing through the centre.
