Miss Packletide is jealous of Loona Binmberton Achievements. To let Loona Bimberton's led down, she wants to shoot a Tiger for getting famous. Loona had traveled to the dense forest in Africa to the hunt a Tiger. Everyone appreciated her achievement in the town and Miss Packletide herself wanted pics with the hunt of a tiger. She thinks that by getting the pics published in the magazines make her famous and show Loona down.
