Explanation:

By reference to the image, there is a surface of the water it can be a river, lake, or ocean. The boat is attached to the engine which helps to speed the boat.

The drainage net is tied along to the boat with help of rope/wire. Use of drainage net is, it is open on top and closed on the bottom. So while roaming around the water that contains garbage, and it is collected in the net.

If the drainage net fulled we drag it to the boat with the help of wire/rope and release the garbage.
