\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

We have given an equation x+y= 5

Firstly we will convert the whole Equation into x or y form

x= 5-y

Then we will find x coordinates by putting various points

➙At y= 0

x= 5-0= 5

➙At y= 5

x= 5-1= 0

We find the coordinates (5,0)&(0,5)

Now,plot the coordinates into the graph.

After plotting the coordinates into the graph we obtained a straight line graph which shows it is a linear graph.

 \huge{ \sf{ \underbrace{ \underline{answer}}}}

x + y \\ y =  - x + 5 \\ y = ( - 1)x + 5

 \implies \: m =  - 1 \\  \implies \: tan \theta =  - 1 \\  \implies \: tan \theta =  \: tan135 \\   \implies\theta \:  = 135 \\ c = 5
