3 .Novel corona virus

the causative pathogen is virus( corona virus which is a related group of RNA virus)

4.The risk of catching Novel corona virus from the feces of an infected person appears to be low. While initial investigations suggest the virus may be present in feces in some cases, spread through this route is not a main feature of the outbreak. The ongoing research on the ways Novel corona virus is spread and will continue to share new findings. Because this is a risk, however, it is another reason to clean hands regularly, after using the washroom  and before eating.

5. i .Wash your hands frequently and carefully.

ii.  Avoid touching your face.

iii. Don’t share personal items.

iv.Cover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze.

v.Clean and disinfect surfaces.

vi. Self-quarantine if sick.

6.Disease from another person or animal, it is called a communicable disease. These illnesses are usually caused by viruses or bacteria and are passed through the air, through contact with contaminated surfaces, or through contact with bodily fluids. Examples include colds, the flu, or HIV.

7.First, wearing a mask is more about protecting others from your respiratory droplets than it is about protecting yourself. The risk of transmission may be greater in enclosed indoor spaces, but the virus can spread outdoors too — particularly in crowded areas where it may be difficult to maintain that 6-foot social distance the entire time. For more intense workouts, some experts have recommended wearing a buff — a microfiber, bandanna-like accessory — that can be stretched over the nose and mouth area, but is more breathable than other options. However, due to its looser nature, it may not be as effective.

8.Most sanitizers are based on toxic chemicals such as chlorine, iodine, phenol, or qua-ternary ammonium compounds, and which (unlike some antiseptics) may never be taken internally.

9.Quarantine separates and restricts the movement of people who were exposed to a contagious disease to see if they become sick. These people may have been exposed to a disease and do not know it, or they may have the disease but do not show symptoms.

10.To prevent the spread of Novel corona virus:

i.Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.

ii.Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

iii.Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

iv.Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

v.Stay home if you feel unwell.

vi.If you have a fever, a cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.

3. The Pandemic Spread is known as COVID-19. It has been caused by a VIRUS, which is on the Borderline of Living and Non-Living Beings.

4.COVID-19 transmits through Droplets that come out of the mouth of an infected person through Saliva

5. Stay At Home

Frequent Handwashing

Going out only if necessary

Maintaining Social and Physical Distancing

6. Communicable Diseases are the disease that get transmitted through air , water , droplets carrying Pathogens.

Example: Tuberculosis, Normal Cough and Cold

7. Wearing a mask is extremely essential because:-

  • Eventhough we take full precautions, we end up touching our face and which may carry the infection.
  • If Social Distancing is not maintained, a person carrying the infection may not be able to infect us with the virus.

8. Sanitizers are fluid gels that essentially contain alcohol that helps in killing bacteria, viruses or other microbes.

Eg: Dettol, Salvon etc.

9. Home Quarantine is defined as the practice of people staying at home before contracting a virus. It is a precautionary step.

10. Stay At Home
