  1. Draw a line segment of any length. Mark it as IL.
  2. Take any point T upwards or downwards to the line IL.
  3. Make 90 degree angle from point B and join with T,BT is perpendicular to IL.
  4. It is written as IL ⊥ BT , or BT ⊥ IL.
