Answer:

Draw a line segment AB of length 7 cm

Mark a point P on AB such that, AB−AP=4 cm

From point P, cut an arc on the outside of AB, and mark them as point E and F.

Now, from points E and F cut arcs on both sides intersecting each other at points C and D.

Join points P,C, and D.
