From one of the points, make a 60° arc and draw the line.

using 1 cm as radius and cut 5+8=13 arcs on the line.

Now from the 13th arc, draw a line segment to other end point of the original line.

copy the angle to the 5th arc to a point on the original line such that the lines of 5th and 13 th arc are parallel.

Here you go, the point of intersection of the line from the 5th arc and the original line is the required point
