Given : a circle of radius 2.5 cm  and angle between the radii is 60 degree

To Find : Draw  pair of tangent  at  end point of radii

Solution:

Step 1 : Draw a circle taking O as center using compass taking width = 2.5 cm

Step 2 Draw a line OX

Step 3 : Draw angle of 30° at O on OX using protector both sides such that it intersect Circle at A & B

∠AOB = 60°

Step 4 : Draw an angle of 90° at OA  intersecting OX at P

Step 5 : Join PB

PA & PB are the required tangent  at end point of two Radii inclined at 60°

Another method:

Step 1 : Draw a circle taking O as center using compass taking width = 2.5 cm

Step 2 : take any point A on circumference

Step 3 : joinOA

Step 4 : Draw an angle of 60 deg at O on AO such that it intersect circle at B

Step 5 : Draw a right angle at A on OA  & B on OB which intersect each other at P

PA & PB are required Tangent
