STEP BY STEP HOW TO DRAW
first draw a circle of 5 CM of radius

draw any point on circle

name it P

draw a line seg joining radius and point

extend it further

now take a protector

take 60 ° from this seg I.e from radius to point

now take another point R at 60 °

repeat same procedure I.e draw a seg connecting radius and point R and extend further

now draw tangents to each other...

actually the tangent will bisect each other

but it's right.....

how to draw tangent:

put rounded on point P or R

take more than half and make a cut on extended segment

now from this cuts take more than half

and draw two cuts up and down

now connect both of them and you get your tangent
