3. Cut an arc below the line segment while placing the rounder on point A.

4. Do the same with point B.

5. Now , again place the rounder on point A and cut an arc on the upper side of the line segment.

6. Do the same with point B.

7. Join the two arcs.

Then , you will get the required perpendicular bisector of the line segment AB
