Here we need to construct Isosceles triangle, as it is given that the triangle has two sides of same measure.

Explanation:

So we follow the basic steps for construction of two similar isosceles triangles and also share the steps in the figure attached.

1. Draw one side AB = 4.5 cm in length. Name it A and B.

2.  Now with A as vertex, draw another line of same measure 4.5 cm and name it as C.

3. With A as vertex, draw the mark the point 4.5 cm in opposite direction and name it as C’.

4.  A with C and A with C’.

5 Finally join the points B and C and B and C’.

You will get two different triangles ABC and ABC’. Both are isosceles triangles with two corresponding sides having same measure of 4.5 cm each. You can measure the third side using protector and measuring scale.
