first take radius if 3.5 cm then draw a circle the draw a line from the centre to outside then put the pointer on circle draw two arcs on the line draw than keep the pointer on first arc extend the distance and draw an same for second than arcs will intersect draw a perpendicular through the line l hope it will help you frds mark as brainlist

Draw a circle of radius 3.5 cm woth center as point O. Draw the radius OP so that it touches the circle at point P. Draw a perpendicular to the lone OP through P. It will be a tangent at P.
