1. Giardia:   Giardia intestinalis ( Giardia lamblia) is an intestinal parasite causing diarrhoeal infections in man. It exists in a bolstering vegetative structure, referred to as trophozoites or as growths.The trophozoites measure around 14 μm long and 7 μm in expansiveness and have eight flagella and two conspicuous cores.  

2. Trypanosoma:  Trypanosoma spp. are haemoflagellates flourishing in the circulatory arrangement of the host. For versatility in the thick plasma, the cells are furnished with an undulating layer which is remotely flanked by a flagellum. There is another flagellum which stays free and appended at the foremost finish of an extended leaf-like cell. Mitochondria are missing and the mitochondrial DNA is situated in an organelle, called kinetoplast.
