Answer is given below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Draw \angle ABC=60\ degree such thst AB= 4.5\ cm and BC= 5\ cm and through Cdraw a line parallel to AB  and through B draw a line parallel to AC

Following steps:

  • Draw a line segments BC= 5\ cm using scale.
  • At point B, draw an angle 60\ degree using protector like \angle ABC=60\ degree.
  • Through point C, draw a perpendicular line on AB which meet line AB at E like CE\perp AB
  • At point C, draw a perpendicular line with CE which is parallel with AB
  • Again Through point B, draw a perpendicular line on AC which meet line AC at F like BF\perp AC
  • At point B, draw a perpendicular line with BF which is parallel with AC
  • This two line meet at D
  • In figure AB=CD=4.5\ cm and measure the length BD using where AC=BD
