  1. draw a line segement AB of lenght 4 cm.
  2. draw an angle of 60 degree from point A.
  3. from ray AX cut off the line segement AD = 11.5 cm.
  4. join D to B.
  5. draw the perpendicular bisctor of DB.
  6. EXTEND SIDE BISECTOR OF DB and it intersects the line AD at point C.
  7. join B to C.
