draw a base of any length, then draw 90-degree straight line from the centre of the base line...since the height is not mentioned in the question take any point on the straight line and with a rounder of radius 3 cm, put the rounder on the point and cut the base line on two sides...thus the two sides are of equal length 3 cm and the triangle made with the points is the required isosceles triangle
