An electric circuit is a closed path in which electrons from the positive terminal flow to negative terminal of battery and are responsible for production of electric current in the circuit.
The battery in the circuit is a source of energy which provides voltage due to which electrons move in circuit and there is production of electric current.
The bulb in circuit indicates the presence of current in circuit by glowing and the switch in circuit is used to complete and close the circuit. It allows flow of current in circuit when switch is on and flow stops when switch is off.
