Banana is my food that i will used in diet ..

I like it because it will have different. Types of proteins,vitimans etc.. I it will help in my daily life to be in fit

Food is very important to the growth of our body and mind. It works as a fuel for our body. If the diet is taken properly, it gives us energy and protect us from various diseases. However, excess eating and avoiding a particular type of nutrition from our food can also cause some disease for us. The following are some of the items from my diet:

1.  Citrus fruits and tomatoes: good source of vitamin c.

2. Eggs and meat: These foods comprise nutrients like zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B.

3. Dairy products: rich sources of calcium, vitamin A, protein, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc etc.
