i can't draw but i could say about my dishes.
i will take some milk and rice & vegetables in morning. in both case, i will get calcium, vitamins and carbohydrates.
mostly i will take spinaches, vegetables and fruits. i eat some fruits at weekly thrice.
in afternoon, dal & rice.
in evening, coffee or tea with biscuits & snacks.
in night, chapati or idli or dosa with chutney.
in sundays, meat is my choice. sometimes biriyani or puri.
i like to take rare availability of fruits like jamuns, monkey pods, jujubes etc.
i like bitter guards.
i love all the vegetables, fruits and spinaches.
only healthy foods will not make our body fit, remember we should also care our physical exercise..................................
