a.i.) Block is done in the fallopian tubes of the female which prevents the egg to meet the sperm and hence stop fertilization.

ii.) The cut is basically done in males to stop the flow of sperms and this process is called tubectomy. Here the uterus is cut and tied which enables sperm flow.

iii.) Condom is placed in penis for males and cervix in females.

b. People use condoms for birthcontrol and resultant control on the increasing population. Condoms is rubbers sheath which prevent the ovules and the sperm to meet.
