no , the wind direction will not remain same in both seasons because of the uneven heating of land and water . as in summer , land near the equator heats up faster and air above it gets heated and rises and cool air from ocean rushes to take its place , this causes the wind to blow from oceans to land.

during winter the land cools down faster , the warm air over rises up creating low pressure
