2x + 3y - 6 = 0 \\ 2x + 3y = 6 \\ 3y = 6 - 2x \\ y =  \frac{6 - 2x}{3}  \\
Now put the value of x in it
put x = 0
y =  \frac{6 - 2 \times 0}{3}  \\ y =  \frac{6}{3}  \\ y = 2
Put x = 3
y =  \frac{6 - 3 \times 2}{3}  \\ y =  \frac{0}{3}  \\ y = 0
Put x = 1.5
y =  \frac{6 - 2 \times 1.5}{3}  \\ y =  \frac{6 - 3}{3}  \\ y = 1

Now we draw graph

B) The value of y = 4 when x = -3
from the graph paper
