$Given \: linear \: equation \: in \: two \\ variables\: x \: and \: y \:is \: 3x - 2y = 0$

$\implies -2y = -3x$

$\implies y = \frac{-3}{-2} x$

$\implies y = \frac{3}{2}x \: ---(1)$

$i) If \: x = 2 \:then \: y = 3$

$ii) If \: x = 0 \:then \: y = 0$

$iii) If \: x = -2 \:then \: y = -3$

$Plotting \: the \: points \: A(2,3) , O(0,0) \:and \\B(-2,-3) \: on \:the \: graph \: and \: joining \:them \\we \:get \: a \: straight \: which \: is \: passing \\through \:the \: origin .$

Note:

Equation of the form y = mx is passing through the origin .
