Formula of Arrhenius Equation is :-

k = Ae-Ea/Rt

From here, we can plot the graph of ln k vs \frac{1}{T} (image attached)

k -  Rate constant

A -  Arrhenius factor or pre-exponential factor

Ea - Energy of activation

R - Universal gas constant, R = 8.314 J K⁻¹ mol⁻¹

T - Time taken by the chemical reaction

Hence, the relation between slope and Ea is,

Slope = \frac{Ea}{2.303R}
