ANSWER : Here three functional group is present in this compound carboxylic acid , ether and aldehyde. Carboxylic acid (oic acid) acts as secondary suffix and the rest ether(alkoxy) and aldehyde (formyl when it's carbon is not counted or oxo when it's carbon is counted)acts as substituent or branch. And Br(bromo) is also a substituent. It's other name can also be written as 7-cyclo-3-cynomethyl-6-ethoxycarbonyl-8-formyl octanoic acid
