1. Plant cell have cell wall in addition with cell membrane. Animal cell donot have cell wall, it only present cell membrane.

2. Plant cell have chloroplasts but animal cell donot have chloroplasts. These chloroplasts help them to process photosynthesis.

3. Plant cells donot have centrioles but animal cells have centrioles. These centrioles helps them to form spindle formation during cell division.

4. Plant cell have larger vacuoles but animal cell have smaller vacuoles or vacuoles are absent. These vacuoles helps them to store food, waste and water.
