Note:- This quadrilateral is made by me so, the steps may differ from what you may think.

Lets know the measure of each side:

AB=8.5 cm

BC=4.5 cm

CD=5 cm

AD=6 cm

BD=7.5 cm (diagonal)

You'll need: A compass (rounder), a scale, a pencil, an eraser

Steps of construction:

a. As AB is the longest side in our quadrilateral, so I'll prefer to draw AB first.

b. Now, take a measure of 6 cm on your compass, and put the tip of compass on A, and mark an arc.

c. Now, take a measure of 7.5 cm in your compass and put the tip of compass on B, and mark an arc which cuts the previous arc.

d. Name the point of intersection of the two arcs as D.

e. Join A and B to D.

f. Now, take a measure of 5 cm on your compass and put the tip of compass on D and mark an arc.

g. Now, take a measure of 4.5 cm on your compass and put the tip on B, and mark an arc which intersects the arc which we made in step f.

h. Name that point as C.

i. Join B and D to C.

Hence, your quadrilateral is formed.
