u = 15m/s
a = -0.3 m/s²
t = 60s
v = u + at = 15 - 60*0.3 = 15 - 18 = -3m/s
but the minimum v = 0
So the vehicle will stop at time t = (u-v)/a = 15/0.3 = 45s

s = (v²-u²)/2a = (0 - 225)/0.6 = 375m

initially it was at distance = 400m
travelled = 375m
final distance = 400 - 375 = 25m
So distance from traffic light after 1 minute is 25m
