The dry hcl dont conductor cantan electricity because the ions in the dry hcl is less so its was bad

Dry Hydro chloric acid doesn't contain electricity bcoz...acid form ions only in aquous solution....and electric is form by ions.....but dry HCL doesn't contain water..
