Coconut oil is the only plant source oil except for dalda, which gets frozen in cold. A lipid gets frozen easily when, it has more saturated fatty acids and less unsaturated fatty acids.
Generally, plant oils do have mostly unsaturated oils. But, coconut oil has saturated fatty acids as 63%.
To pour it out of the container it can be heated. If a container is metallic it can be directly heated in a flame. If made of plastic, it is fan base is put on a hot water bath, then slowly the coconut oil will melt.
