we know that light travels in straight lines called RECTILINEAR PROPOGATION of light. we know that the earths shape is sphereoid or we can call as geoid. as the earth bulges at poles, the solarpower varies. the latitude and longitude too varies. the diameter also varies.
Due too this the rays of solar power varies.
