due to variation of 0.1 percent DNA , all the people in the world are different. can any one help me to explain the mechanism of this variation.

There are variations because our DNA strand consist of repeating nucleotides which are made of three components phosphate,sugar,nitrogenous base.Nitrogenous base consist of 4 bases which are Adenine,Guanine,Cytosine,Thymine so these bases Mach with each other differently in each DNA like Adenine with any of other three bases in simple language they pairs with each other differently in every organisms DNA.
