sale price of pair of jeans= 1450×2×90%
= 2900×90/100
=2610
sale price of two shirts=2×850×90%
= 1700×90/100
=1530
total amount to be paid:- 2610+1530
=4140
= 2900×90/100
=2610
sale price of two shirts=2×850×90%
= 1700×90/100
=1530
total amount to be paid:- 2610+1530
=4140

For a pair of jeans
Marked price =Rs.1450
Discount =10% of Rs.1450
=10010×1450
=Rs.145
∴ Sale price =1450−145
=Rs.1305
For two shirts
Marked price =(Rs.850)×2=Rs.1700
Discount =10% of Rs.1700
=10010×1700
=Rs.170
∴ Sale price =1700−170
=Rs.1530
Total sale price =1305+1530
=Rs.2835
Thus, the customer would have to pay Rs.2835
