During any election some seats are reserved for SC,ST and women. What do you conclude from that?

This means that women's have special rights and they are also main part of the elections

the seats are reserved in order to give advantage to the people belonging to low caste such as Sc's , ST' s and women so that they can get the equal position at all places and duu to gender or social differences if they are not getting higher positions so some seats are already reserved for them and no one can authorized these . The seats also feel these people that they have seen from one eye I.e they are equal in society without any discrimination.
