Explaination.

During cardiac cycle when blood flows from ventricle to aorta and pulmonary artery so blood cannot return to ventricle thus semilunar valves are closed.

During closure of semilunar valves DUB sound is produced which is very important for clinical studies.

Doctor usually check this sound with the help of sethoscopes.
