it's like atom
like in atom there are electrons and protons are equal equal which make it neutral
and also have some nutrients present in nuclear section so Earth is also same like atom which is very huge and when the earthing will be going on it will not lose anything like an electron to not lose sometimes from atom it will be neutral like if there is earthing and it loses something or gain something but overall it will be neutral
