Pipes used for carrying hot water are not straight but looped. Why?

because hot water makes pipes soft and polynomial make loose

The loops are known as expansion loops. Theyneed to be placed in pipelines to enable thepipelines to contend with thermal expansion and contraction and other forces that can affect the pipeline
