Human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a spectrum of conditions caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

Heya mate,

HIV virus attacks on immune system of a person which slowly kills WBCs.

So, when the person gets infected with any other disease, there is no WBCs which can cure him.
