During photosynthesis,the oxygen in glucose comes from where?

It does not come from anywhere.

When the plant takes up carbon dioxide in presence of water and sunlight , carbon dioxide breaks down and oxygen is produced alongwith glucose.

This way glucose and ATP are formed and oxygen is also present here.
