As the humidity in air so this cause the water to set on the Cloths it self and so time is taken to dry up the cloths

During rainy season humidity increases in the air.

Evaporation is actually inversely proportional to humidity. hence, if humidity is more, rate of evaporation is less and if humidity is less, rate of evaporation in more.

As during rainy season, humidity is more, hence rate of evaporation is less.

Due to this it takes more time for clothes to dry up during rainy season.
