Aconitase

Aconitase is a compound that catalyzes the stereospecific isomerization of citrate to isocitrate in the carboxyl cycle. Aconitase showed in the constructions on the right edge of this page, has two marginally various designs, contingent upon whether it is actuated or inactivated. In the dormant structure, its construction is isolated into four domains. Counting from the N-end, just the initial three of these areas are engaged with close collaborations with the [3Fe-4S] group, yet the dynamic site comprises buildups from each of the four spaces, including the bigger C-terminal space.
