During rubing electrons move and becoz of that all objects are negative soo how will protons will come in that object

An object is considered -ve or +ve with respect to another particle. Actually no protons are involved in creating a charge on object. Electrons are transferred from one another and charge is created. A +ve charge means there is less electron on that object with respect to that of another object.

Finally your answer is: an object gains neutrality either by gaining or loosing electrons( no protons are involved). So a -vely charged object donates electronand hence becomes neutral and no protons come in that object.
