Explanation:

After the mrna has been transcribed in nucleus , it is then moved into cytoplasm for translocation.

Here the ribosomes plays their catalytic role on mature mRNA by activating and attaching tRNA to read the protein by taking amino acid from its pool sequence and by using energy to provide the desired protein.
