This question will be solved by PBA rule ( Power Base Angle Rule )
Since , there is no power
Therefore , we will first differentiate the base and then the angle as well.
 So, 
 If y = sin(4x-3)
 then 
 dy/dx = cos(4x-3).4

     or 

dy/dx = 4.cos(4x-3)
