y =  \sin(2x + 3)

 \dfrac{dy}{dx}  =  \dfrac{d}{dx} ( \sin(2x + 3))

By Using,

 \dfrac{d}{dx} ( \sin(x) ) =  \cos(x)

We get,

 \dfrac{dy}{dx}  =  \cos(2x + 3)
